I've been a Hart parent for 8 years and an educator for 21 years. Terry Conde has always done a magnificent job running things at Hart Middle School-a job that is demanding and difficult. She deserves to keep her job.

I'm frustrated with the revolving door of principals that my kids have had and the hush-hush nature that the School District is taking on Terry's removal.

Mrs. Conde is a truly wonderful principal and has created a positive, safe, and engaging community at Hart. She is amazing with the kids, an engaged listener, and keeps the best interest of the kids as her main focus.
