I'm 100% in support of retaining Ms. Conde. She's an amazing Principal and truly cares about the school and students.

Agree with the other comments -- it's appalling that an adminstrator who cares about the students and tries to hold staff accountable for their job responsibilities and performance gets forced out!!

I am strongly dismayed to see this news. Ms. Conde is a big part of Hart's success. She is a warm and friendly presence at school events. And, she has served as a supportive, helpful guide to us when we had questions. PUSD should not treat its administrators this way. Good administrators are hard to find.

I have a current special needs child at Hart. Mrs. Conde has always been there and supportive when ever I've had an issue. Many of the students have been awesome towards my son and I believe that comes from good leadership of teachers, VP's and the Principal. The special needs classes I believe are newer to Hart and have overall been wonderful for my son. I had an older son attend Hart 10 years ago and certain office staff at the time treated my son horribly, kids were cruel and the VP at the time was the worst. The principal had no clue what was going on at his school. I think Mrs. Conde has done a wonderful job and I hate to see a good principal moved for no clear reasons.

The district leaders need to put consistency first for these poor kids from Donlon who have never had a consistent principal! We like Terri and don't want to see her go.

Ms. Conde has always given her time and availability. Ms. Conde steps up for the sake of her students.
The board needs to hear the public. Constructive criticism is absolutely essential in building a great anything, it is for teachers, students, parents, schools, and society period.
Please keep politics out of school and keep her where she should be.

In the absence of concrete information to release a long standing principal in the middle of a school year, I vote to petition in the best interest for our kids and teachers for continuity. Hoping we get more info.

Mrs. Conde is women who has shown integrity and holding her staff accountable. I would like the board to support those that show support of the people who matter the most- our students. That is who Mrs. Conde supports-our children. Don't let a few teachers who are being held accountable and are not willing to make the change take down the positive change that Mrs. Conde is making and that the PUSD Board is asking our schools to be. PUSD board- hear the side of the people who are trying to implement the changes that you are asking for. Check out the character qualities you have placed on all students, staff, and administration and see that Mrs. Conde is trying to do all those things for this school by being an example. No one is perfect- look in the mirror, but at least she is doing her best for the good of most and the good for our children. Please keep Mrs. Conde in the position at Hart Middle School.

My elder son went through Hart (now at Foothill) and my younger is at Hart. Both had nothing but great things to say about Principal Conde. The statement that PUSD school board has put out is BS! It is easy to put aside a principal. Let me know when you are able to exit a teacher who is non proforming!

For someone to be replaced in the middle of the school year suggest a very serious or grevious incident has occured.
She must have said something that did not agree with a Teacher's Union member.
