This is wrong. Im experiencing issues with MBD. They constantly harass me for a debt that prescribed. When i point that out to them they say they will call me until i pay.

Their practice must be investigated so that all the people who were cheated by them could be reimbursed and the practice be fined. This should also be extended to other attorneys because it is a common practice especially towards poor blacks.

Unscrupulous attorneys abuse the court process to prey on defenseless poor people. Some deliberately send summonses to fictitious addresses and then get default judgement. From there they proceed to garnish the person knowing that the employer would be obliged to deduct the money. They must be stopped
