They are taking advantage of those who do not have the knowledge or capacity to fight back. It is not only in contavention of the act but also immoral and unethical. They and all who follow similar contraventions need to be brought to book and return all funds in excess of the principal amount agreed upon by the consumer and within the confines of the law.

I am glad for the opportunity to participate in an action to tackle unscrupulous exploiters. There are more of these types of predators especially in the financial lending sphere.
