There is only 1 undercover car park out of the whole shopping center. Seems like the development of Garden City were made only for consumers but not staffs. I remember the days they had sunshades on top of David Jones staff parking. They removed it out of the blue and ever since there, cars parked there have no protection against the sun, rain and hail. Furthermore, if they were dedicated for staffs, why open it for customers who often leave their trolleys behind to damage our cars? With the hundreds of thousands Westfield profited from staff parking, they should improve their flawed parking system. This petition isn't getting enough attention for Westfield to act. Please share with your fellow colleagues and make a difference!!!

How disrespectful to the people that essentially run your business!! I am not a staff member but I will absolutely be making a conscious effort to NOT be a patron of your shopping centers.

The abuse of staff by Westfield (incidentally those same staff who cop abuse day in and day out from the customers who utilize the businesses who ultimately pay rent to your business and overinflated shareholders pockets) is absolutely disgraceful !!

I think parking should be free for employees (even though I'm not one). Or a way to validate your ticket if they have to park else where.

Plus the fact we have to purchase the 'Staff Card' for $15 which is non-refundable if you stop working at the centre and the card fees...

Lift does not work some times, it's long waits to get out of Centre (30mins), rubbish in parking areas, stairs are dirty with rubbish and used condoms at times, stairs ways are sometimes locked when lifts do not work, parking is very expensive, every time we recharge and pay by card there is a surcharge for every amount paid (eg. $4 =$4.10)

maybe more focus should be put into drawing customers into the centre and less focus on charging a trap audience for parking. In reality it is costing us over $2000 a year as we have already paid tax on this money.

This is very unfair and no thought whatsoever to the hard working staff of the big shopping centres. These dedicated hard working staff need the care and respect to be seriously looked after.
I am against this rise in costs to the parking and lack of safe parking for the staff. If it was not for the staff the centres would suffer.
Come on, have a heart and do what's right. It's not all about $$$$at the end of the day.
