I agree that speed pillows on Cliveden St. between Park Line & Wissahickon would be most effective in getting speeders to slow down.

Cliveden street between Wissahickon and Lincoln Drive is a dangerous speedway that needs to be monitored in addition to all other roads in our neighborhood!

The round-about redesign for the Walnut Lane Bridge is supposed to help in controlling speeding. But with the new paving on Walnut La. the stretch between Wayne Ave. and the round-about, especially Wissahickon and the round-about has constant speeding as noted in the petition. When will it be enforced?

The city could fund the school district from the revenue if every speeder was ticketed in this area. Cliveden is 25 mph but it's the rare car that passes through at that speed. Bring on the speed cushions... I'd prefer not to but I don't see much choice.

People turn off of Wissahickon onto Naomi Street and go WAY too fast. Dangerous as there are many families with children and animals on our street.

I see people driving upwards of 50 mph on a daily basis on Walnut Lane between the Walnut Lane Bridge and the Tuplehocken train station. There are also frequent accidents (monthly) and even folks passing school buses with the flashing red "STOP" lights on! Is the answer rumble strips...better policing...new stop signs?

Not only do cars speed up and down Walnut Lane, they also frequently disregard the "Yield" signs at the round-about and get very aggressive to cars that are expecting them to yield.

The corner of West Cliveden and Wissahickon is a magnet for accidents, that injure people and damage property due to speed and careless drivers.

Cliveden St. has become like a racetrack. Simply outrageous. Very dangerous as well as extremely noisy. Speed pillows like those on Queen Lane would help quiet the traffic.

I hope that all know that Walnut Lane is a State Road and the City will not do much of anything. PENDOT is where we all need to contact to make a change !

Drivers are terribly aggressive in this neighborhodd--treating Walnut Lane as if it were a highway instead of a neighborhood street. It has to change.

Traffic enforcement is lax to non-existent throughout the city. It is no surprise that you are more likely to be involved in a vehicular accident in Philadelphia than any other city in the nation and our insurance rates reflect that fact. Hopefully the new mayor and new police chief can be encouraged to raise the priority of traffic safety.

The repaving and re-striping of Walnut lane has made a slight improvement, but there is still speeding ! Glad to see that Septa was included in your post. I would still like to see the speed limit lowered to 25 mph and rumble strips put in. The odds of a traffic lights or stop signs I know are pushing it.
