As a driver guide trying to make a living in London, it is almost impossible to get from the near suburbs of London to the centre, even if it's just to pick up people to take them to out of town sites. This can add an extra 3-4 hours a day on to what is potentially a 10-13 hour day. It also makes nigh on impossible to do a 4-hour overview panoramic tour, in a car or on a coach, and with many visitors disabled, denies them the right to see London, thus stopping the income they bring with them.

Leave our streets alone - leave them open for everyone to use whether in a car , on a bike or in a wheelchair or pushing a pushchair - access for ALL

LTN's are a waste of time, money and effort. There are no more cyclists, ALL the emergency services have issues with them, they cause more pollution, and increase journey times. You aren't going to get people to stop using their cars, those who can afford to, will carry on, those who can't will be punished most economically, and how on earth will they replace the tax revenue generated by cars. I could go on (and on and on).

I'm totally against the blocking of roads, I am a carer for both parents who have mobility issues and need car for hospital appointments etc, the closures are causing untold stress to both my parents and I.

Dime journey times are taking double now because of road closures. It's not always viable to take public transport as I am transporting a lot of things.

This couldn't have been mismanaged more than it has been already. Undemocratic - anti-disabled - anti elderly - anti anyone with a challenge. The shops will disappear quicker than the councils can say 'shop local' - this is killing local shops.

Road closures do not provide what they say they will do.
Pollution is higher
There are no more cyclists than there were before and it is actually more dangerous for the main road cyclists, you know those actually going somewhere, not just out for a jolly.
Walking was not a problem, we have pavements.
So it is all to use as a scapegoat for the extension of the ULEZ and CC.
Waste of time, taxpayer money, and adds more health problems than benefits.

I'm just upset that the council have overlooked the impact on people of ethnic groups. Lack of translation and consultation with these groups, they're purposefully leaving out these voices. Why? They're the group who most likely to use vehicles for work because they won't get a decent paid work otherwise and the council is leaving these people out of the equation and that's just ONE example amongst many more.

Shutting streets does not benefit the population. Many people feel isolated and at risk because they have lost their freedom of movement. If the government needs to raise money they should be overt about it, not trap people into paying fines because their incessant and complex culling of movement means that nobody knows where they can go anymore

This is preventing access for emerancy services also restricting vehicle mobility to residents homes, also affecting buissness whilst dividing communities economically and pushing emmissuons on to surrounding main roads. It is a total imposition on personal liberty!!

Shutting off streets just creates a deserted, inaccessible enclave for the wealthy and forces the noise and pollution onto roads where low income people live, creating delays for cars and buses alike discriminating against people that can’t walk or cycle to their destination.
