there must be other places in the sea that can be turned into farming. Please do not destroy Nature and the natural coastline!!

Firstly the size of the planned farm and the waste which it will generate will destroy the traditional beauty of the area. Generations of families who in the past visited will be unable to enjoy the same freedom in the future. Tourists have nothing to gain by visiting if plan goes ahead and will go to another County

Walk here with the kids every week..shameful the way this application has been put forward..why it can be signed off without an EIS is beyond belief...in such an area of natural scenic beauty on the Wild Atlantic Way...
Is there any visibility on long term effects.
Its a big no from me and the family.........nothing surprises me in Ireland anymore....corrupt ..

We use this beach, we walk in it , our kids play on the beach, swim in the water, canoe in it - we row and pony ride in this area , this cannot be taken away from us - the bridge is an area of social gathering for locals and tourists - our parents and grand parents and our ancestors used this area and our families for years to come have this right- save our strands Cruit Kincasslagh and Keadue

We must challenge Minister Creed in the Dail to conduct a Environmental Impact Assessment (EIS) as this has not been achieved.

Outrageous proposal to destroy this area of immense natural beauty enjoyed and treasured by generations of locals and tourists alike. This must be stopped at all costs as future generations will not thank us for allowing this ludicrous proposal to proceed. Shame on those shortsighted individuals who would allow the destruction of one of the most scenic areas in this country for short term miniscule monetary gain!

Oyster farms are fine in out of the way places but not in picturesque areas like Cruit, Kincasslagh and Keadue. This is part of the Wild Atlantic Way - what are the government doing? They promote an area for tourism and then assist in destroying it?????

The Wild Atlantic Way is not the place to create an Oyster Farm. How on earth could Planning Permission be granted without local agreement?
