I am apposed to this development due to size/scale or project and location. In addition the current roads, "J" Street and John DeShields are not wide enough to handle the current traffic plus the expected additional 4700 vehicles daily. I am also concerned this additional traffic (also increased due to Red Barn) will have a negative effect on Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art.

Please stop greedy developers from ruining the look & feel of our town. Despite their rhetoric about supporting growth, we all know this is about their making as much money as is possible from a single piece of land. The proposed complex is utterly and obviously inappropriate for the area.

There are so many other places in NWA to accommodate a large apartment complex without choosing this area that cannot sustain the increased traffic and would take away from the beauty of the park and surrounding area

This area is congested enough with traffic for soccer and baseball considering it is a recreational area with two nearby schools. Why have an area of Bentonville set aside for bike and foot traffic and outdoor recreation and maintain it so beautifully, and then plan for apartments which would increase the traffic dramatically? That makes no sense and defeats the purpose of the area to begin with.

TRAGEDY! A Bentonville jewel will be reduced to a congested place to avoid. COL, Legacy Village, surrounding schools, coaches, neighbors & Bentonville tax payers are ademently against it. Commissioners you are hired by the tax payers. VOTE NO

I oppose 650 flats construction, that will really hampers traffic in that area. Vehicles come from all nook and corners to memorial park and these constructions will make traffic unbearable.

Not appropriate for this location, next to the park, single family housing, assisted living, and hospice.

I don't even live there but I use memorial park with my family all the time for various reasons and it would be such a shame to lose the park feel because of large apartment buildings clogging up the scenery.

I love the feel of the park atmosphere and how peaceful it is. It's so unique in town. I'm afraid it won't stay that way.
