Please do not build this. We like our hometown feel, not a big city feel. If I move here 33 yrs ago to get away from the big cities

Our peacful little town we moved to 32 yrs ago has way overgrown itself. the last thing we need is tall buildings across from the parks our children and grandchildren play in. This is a terrible idea for those of us who live in this area.

The proposed apartments would be better placed in another location that isn't so close to kids activities.

This plan is not right for the area being proposed - the roads are already congested enough and it's too dangerous for the kids.

Crystal Flats is inappropriate for the area. I oppose the development. It seems Bentonville's invitation is to "Come out and Play" in the Park. Idea: how about building something that extends that promise? Thank you.

Growth is good but let's do it prudently and with full inclusion and dialogue with the citizens. Too much at stake from a health and safety and life style standpoint due to the traffic impact caused by the proposed density. For those who are pro the current As Is Crystal Flats proposal, go spend time when school and soccer are going on, let alone Crystal Bridges traffic and other events.

Against the Crystal Flatts project as nothing about the plan is sensible by any stretch of the imagination. The fact that it has come this far causes many to again question the process and motive. Doesn't feel right council!!!! Lots of eyes on this one.

Not the right location for this project. Far to big. An eyesore (like an elephant in a flower bed) and will cause safety problems.

Infrastructure is not set up to handle this many additional cars each day. Not safe for the park and community.

This Crystal Flats development is in conflict with voted upon community height, location density, and neighborhood design continuity standards. I am against the current proposed development.
