There is a better use for this space.... more tennis courts so that NW AR can hold a real tennis tournament that draws competitors from all over AR and surrounding states. That would be good for business too!

We oppose the complex being considered around Legacy Village, Apple Glen Elementary, and Crystal Bridges. This area should be part of the park with no buildings. Keep it a truly green space.

I appreciate the innovative building concepts for Crystal Flats. And I understand the desire to develop housing for the targeted demographic. However, I can't fathom a worse location for this immense project. Open greenspace should be vigorously protected in our fast growing community. And the safe, efficient flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in this area is a real concern. I strongly oppose this project as it is currently proposed.

I think we're congested enough with all the building going on in downtown area. This space needs to stay open and peaceful. Children need to have a safe place such as this to ride, play, and enjoy without the threat of more traffic in such a small space. There are enough things being feverishly developed around Bentonville as it is. The town isn't what it used to be at all. Circle of Life Hospice is right over there as well. Those patience and their family's NEED peace and quiet during the time they are at the hospice. I'm sure that Bentonville can find a more suitable place to build such a huge complex of apartments. Leave this spot alone

This apartment complex would ruin the safety and general cleanliness of memorial park. Traffic would become worse than it already is.
