That area cannot and should not handle that amount of traffic or people.

No apartments by the park! Too much for Crystal Bridges Single family homes, maybe. And not on A Street either. Will make the area a slum in 15 years.

This is in a park like area and the main road access to CBMAA, Amazium, multiple schools, which is already increasing in traffic. Could the developers trade city land and develop in a more suitable place that has multiple access road choices. I see the need for the development idea but not a this location.

Please do not develop this beautiful green space with this complex! This is one of the main roads to/from Crystal Bridges, and should remain a green space. The surrounding area would suffer greatly.

Safety First!!! There is a housing need but not in this green space that is already established as parks for our children. The roads are already congested because of lack of planning, this area will not be able to handle another 5000+ cars/people. Don't risk the lives of our precious children for profit!!! There is plenty of other available land.

The council and mayor need to start listening to the current citizens of Bentonville and not to wealthy developers trying to make

Preserve the green space!! It is sooo important. Do not increase the daily stress of one area by adding these apartments! Thank you.

Roads in and out of the park get very congested when kids play soccer and pool time in the summer. An extra 4700 plus cars would not help things.
