I feel there are much better locations for this complex. There is a huge lot on 102 and C.

Similar to other comments, this development will cause more traffic jams and will result in a need to greatly expand roads that will take away park space. There are several large undeveloped sections around town that are already near large roads such as the areas down on SE C Street.

Am against the apartment complex going in here, plenty of other places to put one. This is a great park for kids and families to enjoy!

This is the wrong location for this project. Our parks are being squeezed out. This jeopardizes the safety of our children playing and the bicyclists in the area. Additionally the schools are already overcrowded. If we cant find parking for sporting now then odds are there wont be ample parking for proposed restaurants and stores either. Please vote NO!

Vote no for location proposed for Crystal Flats. Water Tower Road would be a better location. Right off the interstate with a majestic profile would look and feel more appropriate. The existing drive to Crystal Bridges is peaceful and allows for the anticipation of seeing the museum so much more of an experience. The thought that Bentonville is pushing High Density growth on our small town world is scary. Yes I am supportive in Responsible Growth but to not take into consideration the area of which you propose just because the land owner wants to make their land more profitable is not Responsible, no matter who the land owner is. Doesn't equate to what Bentonville has been and stands for in the U. S. Our reputation is Small Town USA with a big heart for all things America. This development at this location is the polar opposite. Over-the-top without forethought to the consequences. It is a park like setting that we, the citizens of NWA, want to keep for our children and grandchildren and more to come and enjoy for many years to come. PLEASE VOTE NO to this project at this location.

This complex is a terrible idea in the heart of our community park!

Please do not approve this housing complex. Bentonville needs the park and green space provided by the Memorial Ark as it is--not lost to housing.

Please consider building this complex in a different area of town. This area is not equipped to handle the additional traffic. We all enjoy the green space around the Park. Thank you!

I know there is a need for more apartments in Bentonville. However, this giant complex of 6 story buildings is just too much for this location. I would be amenable less gigantic such as townhouses or 2 story apartments. The schools, parks, and museums already create enough traffic. I highly doubt the area could take the traffic from 650 more residents. Also, I think that 6 story buildings will be UGLY and ruin the asthetic of this beautiful area.

Infrastructure! Congestion is already bad in that part of town. Enough adding housing without addressing the roads (fully). It takes me 35 minutes to drive across little Bentonville now. Ridiculous! Just stop putting developments first and address the roads and wait times in town.

This high volume housing needs to not be in a recreation location. With the abundant land in other parts of Bentonville, this seems a poorly planned project.

There are plenty of places to put affordable apartments in Bentonville. Next to one of the most used parks and beautiful areas of the city is not one of them.
