Excessive traffic, unsafe conditions for children in sports or attending two local schools, perfect hiding spot for pedophiles, too far from downtown to be of benefit to venders, blockage of park land views for Greenhouse and Legacy Village residents, availability of land in other locations, and need for additional park facilities are just a few of the reasons town should say "No!" to this proposed land use.

This whole project is a nightmare in the making. My grandkids live and play in this area and I'm scared to death for their safety. Not to mention the traffic problems this would create. This has not been thought out with any common sense from the people wanting to build it or from the planning commission!!! STOP IT NOW!!!

Love the park, but would find a different soccer option for my kids if this goes through. It already takes too long to get there with bentonville traffic after work.

I vote NO!!!
There is no reason for a large apartment complex to be built that close to the park when there is tons of free space around the city. I suspect they want to build there so they can get higher rent being so close to Crystal Bridges and the park.

It may be selfish, but I am far less likely to take my family to Memorial Park if this gets built. But we enjoy the soccer, tennis and sand volleyball so please create a wirkable solution.

I vote no. I live off battlefield rd and u can't get on central now let alone with that many more cars is ridiculous

This is not a good location for such a large complex. It needs to be on a much larger road. J St and DeSheilds are too narrow.

There is very little green space in Bville because of all the development. Let the green be the cities gift to it's original residents.

Please do NOT build in the middle of this beautiful park. There are other locations, but please don't disrupt this beautiful area with more traffic and construction.

Please save our park. There are so many safety issues that concern me with allowing this housing development here. There are better locations away from our green spaces.
