Not the right place. Not close to down town and too much traffic. Needs to fit in more with the parks. Expand the park make a Cricket field. Build an athletic building

This will spoil an area of Bentonville which is valuable to all residents. The infrastructure of the surrounding streets was not built for such a huge development. I don't want such tall buildings in a peaceful neighborhood - 6 stories is not necessary, it is just greedy and thoughtless.

I recently moved here from a town in SoCal who's officials bowed to developers and now the whole city is paying the price. Homes without infrastructure =Traffic traffic traffic. Sometimes an hour just to get to the other side of the town. Bentonville is donething special. Please Don't let short sidedness in the name of progress ruin it.

I am not anti growth by any means. I am against this particular project. There is already too much traffic in this area for the available infrastructure.

There is already too much traffic in this area for those of us that live close, please don't add more where the parks are over filled and it becomes a nightmare for current residents.
