Hercules golf club - twice the acreage - 205 Acres and only 262 homes vs. Brandywine Country club at 111 Acres and 563 planned homes - what an imbalance!!! WHY is this happening?

Village style development would probably be mutually beneficial at S Zoning limits of no more than 200 residences. Figure Capano has to make some money but again mutually sensible and tasteful.
