People need space! People want peace where they live! This is going to cause a lot of noise, a lot of cut thrust and more for our neighborhoods. This is so sad!

Please DO NOT rezone this area. I live in Devon and have lived in N Wilm my entire life. That area of Shipley road is one of the few areas Please consider the amount of bikers, runners and school children (walkers) on an already too busy road and dont make it worse.

Our infrastructure (roads, police, sewers, fire, etc) cannot support this monstrous project!
Our traffic congestion is already atrocious and people speed down Shipley Rd during rush hour. Creating a by-way to 202 and the WilmU location will have a direct impact on worsening this problem.
It's poor planning to replace failed businesses (country clubs, golf courses, retail, etc) with businesses that will not survive (e.g. assisted living, apartments, more retail). Our population is not growing as it once was and if we do not provide creative solutions to this problem then we will not attract youth to invest in Brandywine Hundred. N Wilm needs sustainable businesses!
People move to this area for its proximity to urban life and rural life. We want green space. We want recreational space. We want breathing space. We do not want to be a college town!
VOTE NO!

Stop developing every piece of land! Put in a park, a place for families to get outside together. There is already too much traffic. Enough already.

Capano hasn't even sold all 13 homes just a 1/4 mile north of there. We do NOT need tons more homes on Shipley Road. Bad for traffic, schools, and current residents' home values. Plus there are lots of new apartments going up on Silverside near Shipley already!

Put in a nice park like Glasgow has! The building up of this area is not needed. Traffic is already a nightmare!

Do NOT rezone the area where the Brandywine Country Club currents resides. It's a beautiful area and we want to keep it that way.
