This plan is a disgrace to our community. The zoning needs to stay as is . Bob Weiner & Capano donot live here and they both could care less about our living environment.We need more open space here and less traffic . They will try and ram this planning down our throats.

I've grown up here and currently live here now. The expansions over the last thirty years have caused North Wilmington to be overcrowded and we need to preserve any open space we have left. I agree, a park would be better suited for this already crowded area.

Our roads in North Wilmington are congested enough!! There is no way that Shipley Road can handle the additional amount of traffic that this sub division would add & create!! I am totally against this development idea. This is a nightmare in the making.

Please vote against rezoning that will allow apartment buildings and town houses at the BCC on Shipley road. Many reasons to keep this from happening....

We have experienced enough of the typical Capano bait and switch tactics as evidenced by their numerous "upscale" commercial and residential developments that ended up with low end results.
