I think the green space idea is ludicrous but I also think Capano could build more single family homes and less dense apartment buildings

Open space is what our county councilman campaigns for. 550 housing units is not open space. Make it a park with more needed ball fields.

At BCC Sat morn at 10:00am and within 3 min, 25 cars passed by. Can imagine how many more if this development takes place. NCC/DE, buy the property and make it a county park. How nice that would be for the residents and the many seniors who now live on Shipely Rd.

Zoning must not be changed. The land needs to be developed to reflect it's surroundings - single family homes on decent lots with large trees and green space. NCC already has poor air quality.
Rezoning for Capano to build more dense construction is not in the character of the area. The current zoning is intentional for many reasons regarding infrastructure to support, traffic, etc. I encourage all those that sign and read who are affected to "[email protected]" and include "Rezoning of the Brandywine Country Club Application 2017-0042" in the title to actually get your opinion in the record for the land use meeting on the rezoning consideration. Otherwise your opinion will not be on the record or considered in the decision to rezone the property. You can also use www.nccde.org\174\Land-Use to find contact information to officially petition the land use board

Apartments are overkill. Single family homes are acceptable. Please do not allow the re-zoning of the Brandywine Country Club property. Keep North Wilmington the beautiful community is has been for decades.

Our infrastructure including our schools cannot handle the additional volume. The state does not have money to make the investments needed to support the additional housing numbers proposed. Have the state begin investing before any plans are proposed.
