The most recent newspaper article leaves the reader with the impression that Rep. Weiner is supportive of the Capano proposal. Robert, is that an accurate representation?

The area cannot handle any more traffic or residents. It's high time the taxpaying residents' wishes were heard and acted upon, instead of BIG MONEY!!!!

No positive gain for present or future residents.

Please vote no on any rezoning that will allow apartments to be built on this property which will create high volume traffic congestion.

Please do not allow this development. Traffic on Shipley Road is already too much at peak times and 202 is consistently at capacity.

No through road at all between Shipley and Route 202 . No high density housing allowance. Keep it like the surrounding community. No re-zone to Suburban Transition. Keep it as it is currently, which is SUBURBAN . He bought it zoned Suburban. Keep it that way.

The last thing we need is more housing, especially in the numbers being proposed by Capano. Please do not allow this type of development to add to our already overwhelming traffic and congestion in and around this area.

To Overcrowded , Mr Capano already has many House's that are not selling 40% right on Shiplely road just to mention a few of his developments Traffic Congestion is awful . Electric Grids and sewer are peaked and water levels are low. State and County Police are overburden as it is. Keep it Green and Clean

There is already construction to the old Martinez and Sons on Shipley Rd. I agree with the leader in this. Don't over crowd us. What's wrong with having some land to look st or better yet, make something for kids to do and hang out so they don't get in trouble. No one thinks of kids and if it's concerning insurance, builders have to have insurance too.

Please do not allow new housing to be built on the old Brandywine Country Club and congestion the area with traffic. Also, we need more green areas free of building, etc. in Delaware

Developing is not the problem...density is. We cannot allow re-zoning which will allow double the occupancy current zoning permits. Eliminate the apartments.
