I totally agree with the comment that rezoning to multi-family from commercial will have a very, very negative impact on Heritage Hills and the surrounding neighborhoods. Enough is enough!

We don't need or want another apartment complex behind Heritage Hills. The one recently built is a huge eyesore and really adversely affects the property values of those folks who live behind that awful apartment stucture that was recently built.

Enough of the greed from developers like Davis Development. My wife and I specifically chose Lone Tree because of its status as an charming upscale community. We're quickly loosing that status in part due to the multiple apartments being constructed in our community. Each home owner in Lone Tree, specifically Heritage Hills residents, are quickly seeing our hard earned investment in our homes and community dissipate. The apartments are crushing home values. There are plenty of apartments in our community. How about Heritage Hills acquiring the property and building single family homes??? We have an overwhelming need as evidenced by the quickly selling lots in The Overlook, which will be sold out in the near term.

Lone Tree does not need more apartments. This rezoning will destroy the community and burden existing infrastructure.

The infrastructure does not support a large increase of people. I do not want anymore apartments in our area.

Please no more multi housing in Lone Tree! Our home values go down when we have tall buildings looking into our yards and parks. Lights shine in out windows at night from these buildings!

This development will put significant strain on the infrastructure of our community. It also won't generate enough tax revenue (only property taxes will be collected) to offset the strain it will add which means the rest of us will pay for it when sales taxes are increased to cover the increased costs. I also think this developer is building too late in the market cycle which means there's significant risk it won't be successful which means we again will have to deal with the problems of this building.

Please do not approve this project. All of theses developments are affecting the quality of life in what was once a very charming community. There are serous infrastructure and safety reasons to deny this approval. Stop the invasion.

I am very concerned about more apartments. Neighbors who rent tend to be less safe than those who own. we have way too many apartments in Lone Tree. The ones that just went up are an eyesore and invades on our privacy. We now have hundreds of windows that look right in to our bathrooms.

I am completely against this apartment building. The city needs to listen to current residents. Lone Tree is known for being a small upscale community and we are losing our identity. We need to make sure our voices are heard and this building is denied.
