We do not need any more apartments. I believe it will mess up our property value and security. That is a main reason why we will in a Heritage Hills.

Enough! Stop the madness already. We don't need, and I certainly don't want, any more apartments in the neighborhood.

The area is already jam-packed. Are you serious? We may consider moving out of Lone Tree if this is allowed.

Please STOP. No more apartments, especially one's encroaching on our playgrounds and community area.

I moved to Lone Tree because it was an upscale city... the Cherry Hills of the South. All of these apartment buildings are decreasing the value of our homes and the upscale feel. Please stop!

Too many apartments, especially off park meadows drive. Intrusion on Heritage Hills houses and parks. Eye sore that will effect property values and safety.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! How many MORE apartment complexes do we need in our backyard. Not only will OUR home values take a dive, but the traffic? We are a small city and do not have the roads to handle all of the extra traffic.

The traffic will be a nightmare...the roads are not equipped to handle that many more people and cars. No more apartments!

Top 5 reasons we reject it: 1) traffic congestion, 2) size of city and services - currently can't seem to fix potholes months after damage , 3) nobody in Lone Tree wants more apartments, 4) Lone Tree has cornered the market in ugly office buildings and apartments, 5) apartment residents will want to be closer to Hooters anyway

No more apartments in the area. Develop them in Ridgegate where there is space for this.

Rezoning property adjacent to residents who have lived here for years is completely unfair. It will only benefit a developer who doesn't even live in our state. Don't allow this to happen.
