It is absurd to build yet another high density complex next to single family homes. Especially try to inflate the permitted zoning to 360 units. It will create an additional burden on the park, pools and the recreational areas within the Heritage Hills as well as additional traffic to the already incredibly busy roads as well as negatively impact the property values.

A five story, high density complex is nit consistently with surrounding development. It will be adjacent to existing community park and will impact overall residential community.

Plenty of room to build this away from a single family home neighborhood, go there!

NOT another complex, as there are enough apartments on Park Meadows Drive and area.

There is no justification for the county to force Heritage Hills homeowners to help a developer increase its profit at our expense.

Stop the apartments!! We've lived in Lone Tree for 20 years and it's being taken over by apartments!

I oppose rezoning for more apartment buildings in Lone Tree. This will have a negative impact on our community.

Enough already! There are enough apartments on Park Meadows drive. We need more retail and restaurants not apartments!. Quit jeopardizing our property values!

I oppose rezoning as suggested. Likely will impair existing property values and that other sites more appropriate for high density housing as previously planned.

Seriously, we have THOUSANDS and Thousands of apartments in a 1/2 mile strip up and down Park Meadows drive. We don't need another 5-story complex in our back yard!

Just what we need! The prospect of egg crate apartments, with all the ensuing problems.
