This structure will have a huge negative impact on local traffic and emergency responders. Lone Tree does not need more high density housing. These buildings are not aesthetically pleasing.

I do not believe the city has the infrastructure to handle another apartment complex. Roads, power, water, etc.

I am opposed to the change in the development plan. The comprehensive plan promotes a balanced mix and distribution of land uses in Lone Tree, avoiding undesirable duplication or imbalance, and fostering a live, work, and play environment, which adding 60 units does not do. The comp plan also encourages the use of innovative land planning and urban design techniques that support mixed- use, compact, pedestrian-friendly development. This project does not do that. Furthermore, this project is not harmonious with the existing neighborhood characteristics in terms of quality and architectural character.

As a Resident in The Summit for 15 years......I find the Apt. building to be
excessive....This AFFECTS all of our home Values.....I truly feel bad for the Neighbors who Purchased their
home that BACK TO the Subject!

The area around Park Meadows Drive and Lincoln is already heavily overbuilt with multi family dwellings. The concerns are obvious: traffic, pedestrian and cyclist congestion and safety, adverse visual impact on the community, adverse impact on single-family home value, unfavorable correlation between population density and crime, insufficient surrounding educational, recreational, retail, dining and service infrastructure, to name a few.
On Lone Tree development in general, how about more fine dining and upscale retail establishments instead of an ever-expanding sea of apartments and fast food joints?

Lone Tree is becoming saturated with apartments. What is the plan for the added congestion with an additional 300 plus families?
