Why can’t they fly the opposite way, let other people experience the joy of loud, annoying small planes. Time to change their flight pattern

The frequency of flights has increased recently, particularly at night, and many fly-overs are very low altitude.

The touch and go’s as well as other planes short cutting is unacceptable. Please ask the pilots to be safe and courteous to the residents.

There is absolutely no reason why our elected officials can not implement measures .. despite FAA restrictions > "everything is voluntary" .. to make the airport friendly to its neighbors.

Too much unsafe air traffic.

This has been going on ever since we moved here in 1997. Complaints were consistently ignored. The arrogance of some of the private pilots is unbelievable.

Flight schools have dramatically increased the number of aircraft operations and these pilots (many are students) are not following noise abatement procedures already in place (after takeoff, head 250 degrees until reaching the coast then turn north or south). Training aircraft (and others) are taking off, many times one-after-the-other (due to heavy volume) and turning very soon after takeoff and flying directly over residential neighborhoods at many times at very low altitudes. These neighborhoods are generally in the hills surrounding the airport at higher elevations which exacerbates the altitude problem.
As a compromise, due to the heavy traffic, suggest that government officials REQUIRE ATC (CRQ tower) to adhere to noise abatement procedures already in place. Now those procedures are only voluntary and generally not being followed particularly during periods of heavy traffic.

Low flying aircraft are so loud you cannot hold a conversation in your own home when you have your windows open! The planes fly at all hours there is no courtesy to the densely populated communities? There are owners of planes in our City That love harassing the community with their low flying planes physically and verbal abuse online if anyone has opposition of wanting peace and tranquillity in their own homes there are no excuses good enough for me except that the noise, pollution, and safety that the planes create? The excuse is you know when you bought here well I’ve here 60 plus years and the airport wasn’t here and it was a quiet very small airport now we have jets taking off in the middle of the night and all hours!

One-after-another. Loud and too low, at all hours... meaning continuously. Close down the unsafe, land-filled airport, and build one that can grow; away from residential areas. It can be done.
