As a previous flyer I do not know why you would break the rules.

Flying is a privilege and there are certain safety concerns and courtesy's that pilots should exercise. It is apparent that the VNAP is not working. Too often, flights have been tracking over residences at low levels. 1000' MSL is only about 500-600' AGL when the fly over the hill at Aviara Pkwy and Poinsettia Lane. The safety concern for these low flyers is obvious, but the lack of noise courtesy is disheartening. Enjoy the privilege of flying, but please direct take offs out to the Pacific Ocean or at least I-5 before turning north or south. Seems like a simple solution.

We have reported our concerns regarding noise & flying below the 1,000 foot traffic altitude pattern, & actually the lack of the landing pattern multiple times. Our only option has been to leave messages, since no one has ever answered the phone. We have, as of yet, had a call back as we have each & every time requested.

We are asking that ALL pilots or pilots-in-training follow the FAA designated " Touch-n-Go pattern, which does NOT go North of Faraday ave. Pilots,, please look at the Map provided at the county

The planes should not be flying so low and so frequently over our homes. It is loud and dangerous and decreases the quality of our lives.

Planes taking off/flying VERY early and VERY late. Excessively noisy.

I ask that the Federal Aviation Administration create safer flight patterns away from our communities. In addition to your working with the airport conducting traffic here, we ask you to appeal urgently to Congress, the FAA, and air traffic control to work effectively with our communities on safety concerns and to create noise abatement laws (as opposed to voluntary programs) for McClellan-Palomar Airport.

Sleep in on the weekend? Not in our neighborhood. I have to wake up at 6am with a blast of LOUD trombones sounds from small engine airplanes. Lately, I can’t sleep before 11 pm with more low flying airplanes.

This has to stop the frequent fly overs has become a real nuisance. I've live in the home for 24 years and it seems to get worse each year.
