I think with the big development on both Gandy and Westshore is going to cripple us and I believe the city is very aware. Not to mention the crosstown extension

We are drowning in traffic already. We cannot afford anymore housing in our area. We also have so much flooding issues in s tampa. There is no where for water to run off anymore. There are plenty of empty homes and apartments for people to move into if they want to live in this area

While we realize the proposal will bring the City revenue from permitting and property taxes, the infrastructure in the area cannot support the proposal. With the traffic from the air force base and the new homes built over the past decade, the flooding and overcrowding of schools caused from the new homes, and the loss of habitable areas for wildlife, we cannot afford to continue to build these large developments in this area. If the current issues can't/won't be fixed, please don't exacerbate them by allowing this development. Thank you.

Until improvements are made to the schools and traffic flow, no addional communities should be added.

Flooding is a huge problem in our area and we need the marsh and green spaces for drainage and adding these homes will cause great harm to the existing community. Please say no to this Lennar's request to develop in this area!

There is insufficient infrastructure to support this development. Unless Lenard will build anew school, this should be disapproved.

No more homes built in green spaces please! Port Tampa needs more neighborhood green space/parks, not more homes. Additional homes will bring more traffic to our already over crowded, congested infrastructure.

I am for development but after the stormwater, traffic, & schools have been addressed. Don't add to an already over over taxed system.

The roadways are already parking lots during business hours, traffic backs up for miles, and as a law enforcement officer as well, it concerns me for the safety of our citizens. Response times for emergencies will be delayed even greater than they already are and the roadways cannot handle anymore congestion.

City Port Tampa is a beautiful historic neighborhood that contains big number of late XIX and early XXth century properties. Raising historic homes and green spaces and building 178 identical homes will turn City Port Tampa into faceless suburbia. This neighborhood can grow organically with salvaging old buildings and individually designing new ones to match the local character. Please save this gem from developers.
