cutting the later busses penalise the cinema and theatre goers you are driving people off the buses not on

If the City wants to be more transport and environmentally friendly then the buses need to run more frequently so that people will not need to use their cars as much.

Regular buses are essential to me for work and leisure. I cannot afford to buy or run a car or pay for parking in Cardiff!

Cardiff is already the second worse city in UK for traffic congestion. This will cause another increase.
