The proposed timing of the 21 routes via Pantmawr road is hourly. The ridiculous situation is that the way they have planned it, the eastbound bus will arrive in Pantmawr road 2 minutes after the westbound bus!! They should at least try to stagger them by 30 minutes to provide a more frequent service to town!!!

I believe that these changes have only a short period before implementation is a tactic by Labour to minimise the time available for objections to be lodged.

How on earth is my mother to visit her grandchildren when she lives in the Heath and they live in Lisvane? As each year passes less buses and further walks to get to the local bus stop.

It seems the council thinks everyone in Rhiwbina has cars. We do not. The elderly are saving the environment by travelling on the bus and we are being deprived of a good service. My dentist is in Whitchurch and now appointments are going to be more difficult to set with so few buses going back and forth between Rhiwbina and Whitchurch. The reduction of the "late evening" service of the Baycar may mean I will never again to to an evening performance at the Millenium Centre, since I do not want to add a taxi price to the ticket cost, and might not get home easily anyway on the service from the city to

There are 4 blocks of retirement housing in Llanishen, and many other elderly residents. We are all now cprived of any bus going to Wellfield Road and along Albany Road. It is tryue we can get off at the bottom of Macintosh place and walk back, but it is a long way to the top end for people with reduced mobility. We also have peoiple whose GPs are at Penylan Surgery; now there will be no bus to take them there. You have already deprived us of a bus that goes into the Heath Hospital, now those of us who can still walk a bit further will have no bus in the afternoons for clinics, physiotherapy etc. We have also lost the bus that used to take us to the Central library and the John Lewis end of St David's. You blame the reduced subsidy for free bus passes like ours, but soon you will get no subsidy, because we are slowly being forced off the buses altogether, since they don't take us where we want to go. May I suggest that you extend the route of your new 54 service to Llanishen, since you proudly announce that it will take the people of Cyncoed to Albany Road and one that goes to the John Lewis and Central Library end of town. after many changes made already to the buses which no longer serve the bus stops along the sides of the flyover im shocked to hear that even omre bus changes are due to happen, no thought is taken into account for the elderly or disabled people i know who rely on the buses as their only form of transport, and im seriously going to think of stop using the buses for my daily commute to work.

What benifits do i and my neighbours get for our £150 / month rates? we used to have a weekly refuse collection,a local police station and a bus service to be proud of. These have all dissapeared but the £150/month is not likely to reduce. Does the council not realise that many older residents, who pay the rates and vote, rely on the bus service to move arround the city and if this service is reduced then there will be a lot more patients for the NHS to look after as they will suffer from depresion.

I totally rely on the 86 to get me back and for work, I have a bad leg and cannot walk to the 27 bus stop. I wont be able to get into work on time if they stop this early service. Why not cut down on the services that run every few minutes rather than the more infrequent buses that leave people with no alternative

I have been widowed within the last few months. I live with my young family of 17, 14 and 11 years of age. I am currently unable to drive.My children have lost their father. Why should they now have their ability to travel curtailed? Having accepted one-bus-an-hour for so long,I was actually thinking that common sense would prevail and that the opportunity that the service might, possibly be enhanced to consider families such as mine? I am sure that you wlil have looked carerfuly at what you think is the makeup and profile of Lisvane, but please allow me to advise that there is a family who really need an EFFECTIVE and USEFUL bus service as we have no other option. Thank you.
