He did hit our dog several years ago and swerved to do so. He runs 25 to 30 miles on gravel road also. Horrible mailman
He needs a psychiatrist
You have to have respect for all. Wether it is an animal or a human being.
Be kind to animals. Those dogs are loved like a family member.

Saw him flying down the road again yesterday. My kids were playing outside and I had to drag them in. He has no regard for anyone in this neighborhood.
