All involuntary incarcerations must be stopped at once,." No American citizen shall be deprived of their rights and privileges, unless charged with a crime." This is unconstitutional, evil and very much inhumane, and no one should be subjected to it, especially the children. It must be stopped, as it defies everything America once stood for, and only results in the end of all possible solutions to any problem.

Cease the abrogation of parental rights. Clarify the provisions making it illegal to simply transport kids into a mental facility.

This is discusting. Whomever does not truly believe that children arr our future will be ok with involuntary arrest and containment in a psych related setting to be examined and given meds, etc. Kids will die as a result and get taken advantage of. If someone is not a threat, why is this happening?!!!! Corruption, that is why!! Do not let our kids and future be no more. Sign this petition as well. Parents need to stay informed and bad things and inhumane things should not happen behind their back and at all.

A gross infraction against the humanity of our society. Parents must be allowed to care for and raise their own children, and get them out of trouble when needed. This is nothing short of legalized kidnapping. The fact that any psychiatrist would even allow this to happen at all shows how misguided the profession is.

Parents are fully responsible for their children and the government has NO right to interfere. The Founding Fathers never intended for the state to be involved in private matters concerning children - that is left up to the mother and father alone.
