STOP Involuntary Examination of Children in Florida!

Pls stop involuntary commitment of humans.

It's unbearable and disgusting.

Stop this insanity. All laws that support this must be repealed!

The schools have no right to due such a thing!

I have personally witnessed abuses on the Baker Acting of children from schools without parental knowledge or consent until after the fact the child arrives at a psychiatric facility. In some cases this was completely unwarranted and was something parents should have been contacted about to help address. In some cases the school did not want to deal with the issues and should have been contacting parents to address rather than placing the child involuntarily into the hands of psychiatrists. This needs to be stopped.

No one should be allowed to by-pass parental authorities and especially to transport anyone to psychiatric ward.

The family is the cornerstone of any society and should always be put first. Letting others interfer can only be permitted in real life-threatening situations.

The otherside of the coin is, this can be used to deliberatedly harass and discriminate any family, without legal responsibility and should not be taken lightly.

I am against involuntary incarnation of children to psychiatric units . It violates the human right of having a family "A right to a family " and ahould be challenged as such . It is also child abduction from parents without their knowledge or consent which is definelty not right obviously . In any other field this is kidnap ! Psychiatry here is attempting to play God over this child's life without any provable proof of their techniques apart from the provable stats that there Practices have bad side effects and Cause lasting damage . Witness how many suicides and mass killers are found to have been taking psychiatric pills . I strongly oppose this .

This law violates civil rights and constitutional law under the Constitution of the United States. It therefore should be appealed and replaced with a law that doesn't violate the supremacy clause, where federal law wins over conflicting legislation.

This law goes against the constitution and is a blatent violation of human rights. In any civilized society such a law cannot be condoned.

should at least have 2 doctors approval from separate practices, with that being said they should also make sure the doctors have no personal relations. in addition too above statement, a parent and or legal guardian/representative's approval.

Parental consent is mandatory schools and psychiatrists have no right to take children
