When the "state" is grabbing children from their homes & parents, there is a serious "human rights" issue. The government, whether state or federal, are "servants" of the people, and are paid by our taxes to "serve". That act of cruelty is NOT serving.

Involuntary treatment of anyone no matter the "justification" is absolutely unacceptable. Any treatment of children without parent's fully informed consent is unconstitutional to the max!

This is an atrocious, arbitrarily decided practice. Any child will act out - that is the nature of childhood. When psychiatrists seek to control all human behaviors, labeling them insane, crutches or disordered, people would be wise to disempower them.
