The fact that a school official has the right to remove and invoke "psychiatric evaluation and treatment" on a child without notifying or consent from the parents in this country is alarming. This needs to stop!

Ghastly to think children could be treated like this. It would be very traumatizing for a child to be Baker Acted. Bad enough for an adult. Please................ protect our most precious assets.
