This would be redicilous if actually went into effect. Do not take children away to a psychiatric ward. They are children they act out and do fun rambunctious things. If my child just sat in their desk with a blank face then that's when I would think something isn't right.

This is insane. I am a very rational person but when you mess with my daughter or my family I am very protective and there is a point when that protectiveness looses all rationality to protect my family. Absolutely nothing has the right to do something to my daughter without my consent.
