STOP Involuntary Examination of Children in Florida!

This is got to be stop!

Remove this law! We might as well be in the dark ages with this kind of human rights violation by forced removal, incarceration and drugging of a CHILD! Insanity at its finest.

It is unbelievable that this is able to occur to anyone, let alone an innocent child.

We need to stop this madness.

As a parent - I have the right to make decisions about my child, not the state.

Involuntary admission is not right, especially because I am familiar with psychiatric facilities and they consider anyone to be a threat simply for money. However, I understand it is a thing that has to be established. But it is not in any way ok to commit a child without informing their parents.

The Baker Act is a gross violation of human rights and must be repealed!
