Parents need correct information to raise good, loving children. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child.

I believe taking children anywhere without parents consent is wrong

There is no reason for anyone to be taken to any facility without their consent, if it is a minor in question, the parents or legal guardians should be the only ones to make such decision. Not the school, not the police, not anyone but the consenting adult or the parent of a minor.

Nobody should have the right to decide what happens to children but their parents know purge or deemed incompetent I can understand but until then the parent should only be the ones making decisions about children

It's not ok to do this with or without the parents permission. Physiatrist and phyciatry doesn't work. :(

The government has a right to take away your child and give them drugs? I thought we were keeping our kids off drugs?

They've threatened me multiple times while I was under this act and forced me to take medication that resulted in side effects I suffer each and everyday.

This law must be from the time that the south was in favor of slavery.and that's my opinion

My son is 18 and needed help was baker acted on 11/12/16 . Has been there since and all he's been getting is shots of medication being he won't take medication orally. All I'm told is hopefully he'll come home on 11/30/16 yet the nurse today stated that she thinks by then he will have reached his breaking point. I don't know what to do any guidance would be a great help.
