I believe that it is very damaging for children to be Baker Acted and it should not apply to children at all.

My sister put a false Baker Act on me and now I have a bill from the hospital for 1750.00 I'm not paying this and she dropped the fraudulent charges on me.

Not only this goes against human rights but it is also put children between incompetent hands whose solutions is only to drug!!! So trying to heal natural things with artificials due to incompetence, and damaging the mind and body of the children and other people

Allow the parental permission. Any school personnel or resource office have to right to send ANY child to any psychiatric facility!!! Doing this traumatizes a child, so don't do it!!!!!

Stop treating kids like they are crazy! Or need medication. Kids are kids! Their job is to be kids. I promote dietary education and handling the education system in America. Someone has to look at other countries that have amazing educational systems rather than putting our kids on drugs.
