It's a proven fact that people who are capable of harming animals often go on to abuse children, spouses, and others. Where does it end? It needs to be punished from the beginning. These animals can't defend themselves, and if you won't stand up for them, who will?

The petition reached 100 signatures today. I am now drafting a formal letter to the Potter County District Attorney to request a meeting regarding current prosecution standards.

sickening. these people should be locked up for what they do to these animals. do your job potter county.
amarillo needs to do better. it breaks my heart seeing these poor dogs chained up in the heat with no water. stop ignoring them!!
it is just wrong. if you dont want a pet dont get one. simple as that. stop the abuse.
about time someone spoke up about the lack of enforcement here. we have to be their voice.
my heart goes out to that pup in the blog post. how can anyone look at that and just walk away? so sad.
