Every day, thousands of animals in the Amarillo area are neglected, starved, abandoned, abused, chained indefinitely, and otherwise tortured with NO prosecution. It's time for that to STOP. Legitimate Animal Cruelty cases are repeatedly ignored by Amarillo officials because... well, I don't really have an answer for that but it's about time somebody came up with one.
It's a proven fact that people who are capable of harming animals often go on to abuse children, spouses, and others. Where does it end? It needs to be punished from the beginning. These animals can't defend themselves, and if you won't stand up for them, who will?

Please help me show the Potter County District Attorney that I'm not the only one who cares.
