Would you people stop all this crap. Honestly, we are so tired of all this nonsense. The groundswell is growing and we are watching and informing our friends. You are choosing to line your pockets. Your term will be short lived and when you are voted out of office, you may reflect on your behavior.

It is time to fully fund Tennessee's public school network and give our kids the best chance to succeed in this global economy. This Constitutional Amendment doesn't ensure that there are checks and balances to make that happen!

Please stop this bill. It is another shortsighted attempt to quell any and all opposition.

Why are we changing a constititional protection for our children? Public education is imperfect and expensive, but it offers far more hope than incarceration and institution. Why are our lawmakers throwing in the towel instead of finding ways to adequately fund our schools? This bill is wrong for Tennessee. Please stop this bill.

Politicians should not be passing legislation that covers their ass, they should be passing legislation that fixes problems and helps their constituents.

It could be conceived that anyone who wishes to attend a private school should be offered the opportunity - without paying - what then? Do right by the public schools and don't open this can of worms!

It seems like the easiest way to stop lawsuits is to properly fund our schools. Fund our public schools. Private schools should be funded privately.

It is time to stop focusing on big business interest and their lobbies. We are tired of it and it is time to re-elect if you can't. Our children are not for sale!

Education is the answer to all of our social ills; please do not impede the ability for all students to receive a proper education by putting restrictions on the process.

This Bill is ridiculous and absurd.

This is outrageous! Children rely on adults to protect them and look out for their well-being. This is the exact opposite of what we, as adults, would be doing if this comes to pass.

Taking money away from our children is the lowest thing a politician can do.

Tn legislators have worked relentlessly to destroy all rights of women. They have now come for the rights of our children. They must be stopped! Not my children, enough!

I am deeply troubled by this proposal. Our schools continue to be underfunded, and this move would prevent any recourse to improve the situation.

Do not support this resolution! Our schools have sacrificed all they can; students are going without needed materials, staff, and services. Students, administrators, teachers, and staff are doing all they can; it's time for the legislators' to do their part. The general assembly needs to stop wasting time and resources with silliness such as official state symbols and skunk legislation and get down to taking care of the people's business.

I am more terrified of my State legislature right now than anything I can think of. We have lost more rights through bills like this than through any other level of government, and now you're taking away the right of our children. This bill is shameful and must be stopped.
