No to Dunn's bill that would alter the TN Constitution. Public education should be funded so that every child living in TN has an equitable opportunty to free public education without such funding being denied or filtered into the private interest sector.

Protect our students and teachers. The state has a responsibility and they can not silence the voice of the school systems just so they can shirk their responsibility.

Public education is a cornerstone of democracy!! I say it is time to clean house in Nashville. "We the People" want our schools to be properly funded. Our children deserve the best education we can provide.

*NO* child should have his or her education compromised so that a voucher system or some other funding cut could be implemented... the result would be an educational ghetto where those most in need of a fair and adequate public education would be warehoused, only to cause future problems when they are unable to care for themselves or find employment
