The council has officially scrapped the six month restriction. I am completely drained after this fight but the relief of knowing our caravans are secure is worth every bit of the struggle. Please keep watching their upcoming meetings to ensure they do not try to sneak this back onto the …
stop East Lindsey District Council from restrict caravan licenses to six month occupancy.Already caravan owners and business are saying they will move away from the area if this is allowed to happen.
Reaching this point has been exhausting but seeing this level of momentum proves I am not the only one worried about our future here. I am tired of fighting this battle alone and your support confirms that people are finally paying attention to the damage these license changes will cause.

East Lindsay Council want to realise that without our money, this part of the Lincolnshire coast will become a ghost town and devoid of People who keep the economy of this area afloat.

weve owned our caravan for 12 years and always looked after the place. forcing us to leave for half the year for no reason is just plain wrong and hurts the local shops.

the council needs to wake up and see that we are the ones propping up the local pubs and shops in the off season. stop chasing us away.

my parents have been coming to the coast for years and spend every penny they have locally. if they force this 6 month rule they will just go to skegness or somewhere else that actually wants their business.
