With the manner in which the university of pretoria has been holding itself, disregarding the plight of the poor. Disregarding the daily struggle faced by students on a daily basis is disgusting.

It's just not fair on students who don't have Internet access and PCs to work on.plus the closure of the library is inconvenient

This is just another move by UP to systematically exclude the previously disadvantaged students who are fighting for a just cause..what kind of a message is management sending to those fighting for free decolonized education??

Its not like our online assessments are only on clickup,so providing free clickup is not a solution.

It is not feasible to continue with e-learning. The data costs are prohibitive and not everyone has access to Tshwane free WiFi or Alwayson

e-learning is exclusionary, unnecessary and an arrogant spit in the face of a legitimate social call!

This is university, not high school where they tell you what 'stationery' you will need for the year. TUKS never told us that in order to pass we would need laptops and WI-FI access and money for data!!!!!!! Some of us depend on the library and facilities on campus, yet those very same things have been closed.
