Anyone who had to cope with the Xmas/ New Year traffic, general congestion and lack of parking will fully understand that we need to lessen the problems, not complicate them. We want to maintain our healthy environment, not poison it with more petrol fumes and toxic ground tanks. Such a shame that avarice and greed can be allowed to take precedence over a healthy environment and lifestyle!

Another fuel station in the centre of our already congested town makes no sense. Locals I'm sure would support another fuel station outside of the town centre, for example in the LIA area off commonage road.

This is just the wrong site, ugly, congested and downright dangerous for a convenience store/service station.

No need for another petrol station in the town centre. It will congestion traffic more during peak season.

We do not need another fuel station in the heart of Dunsborough, there are already 2 within about 150m.

I can think of several locations for a service station that are accessible from both caves road and town for a servo. I can appreciate that it is not always easy acquiring the appropriate land, however, the proposed location is preposterous. Dunsborough is hectic enough at the best of times & the town planning as it is has not planned for such massive growth for the town, to put a service that puts stop/start pressure on the existing traffic would be detrimental to the ease of flow (or lack there of) j landscape of our beloved Dunsborough townsite. I hope this petition makes a difference.

This site is entirely unsuitable for a petrol station. It will destroy the feel of the town, increase terrible road congestion, make it unsafe for pedestrians & put the neaerby creek ( of cultural signifigance) at risk of environmetal damage.

I hope this does not go through. Put the servo further out of town and let's relax and enjoy the ambience that Dunsborough has got now.

Ridiculous position for another fuel station. Every second car tows a boat, caravan or camper in summer. It will cause chaos and gridlock. I think tourists come to Dunsborough to get away from that.

What an ugly addition to an attractive town centre. Within an area of natural beauty for pedestrians to enjoy. More traffic congestion is not a benefit to the town.

Please do not turn one of Western Australia's most beautiful places and best tourism towns into a conjested town with more petrol stations then required. There is plenty of room around town for another station. Perhaps out in the fast growing new LIA. Plenty of room there for boats to pull in to fill up.

We do not need another garage here in the CBD of Dunsborough put it further down Caves Rd between Yallingyup and Margaret River or over the other side of Dunsborough off Coomonage Rd where the commercial centre is.
