The town is already grid-locked in Summer I work at the medical centre and it's impossible to get out of the car park or any of the adjoined car parks . Location is not good.

Developing a servo in the middle of a tourist town is unbelievably shortsighted and undermines the work that has gone into making Dunsborough a desirable destination. Why bring more cars into town?

Not against a third servo at all. Just not there. Put it in the LIA or Commonage Rd. It's proposed location will most definitely impact negatively on the village in so many ways.
