We have 2 petrol stations in our small community already, that's enough. Please find another spot!

Already 2 service stations close by. Traffic congestion on that corner in the summer is bad.

This town does not need another servo. It's a sad joke and it won't do any good for the town.. we need something new here, not another service station!

Well really when you think about it, it's actually dangerous.... How hard is it to get up & down that street as it is... Now add tourists? THINK ABOUT IT!!!

No service station in the middle of town the traffic congestion is bad enough in summer put it in the LIA on the outskirts of town and please think more carefully about these decisions and the problems they will cause the town is bursting at the seems with cars as it is in Summer.

I strongly believe that this particular development would cause a huge negative impact on the Dunsborough town street scape. The area is congested already, and another service station/general store in town is unnecessary. I would welcome a Puma petrol station development in a different location, outside of the centre of town, such as the light industrial area. I believe the owners of the land could find a better way to develop their asset - in a way that adds value to the local amenity, and in a way that the community supports.

I truly believe that this location is the wrong place for a third petrol station in town, aesthetically, environmentally, culturally and strategically.

I strongly oppose the proposal for a convenience store with petrol bowsers to be located between Peko Peko and Coles. This is not a suitable location for a service station for a number of reasons including congestion, aesthetics/streetscaping, air pollution and public health concerns. The fact that there are already two service stations within close proximity begs the question as to why a third is even being considered. For Dunsborough to retain the charm of a seaside tourist town developments such as this need to be placed in appropriate locations. A more suitable location would be in the LIA off Commonage Rd, not in the town centre.

No to fuel pumps and congestion in our town centre. Build one in the LIA or outer approaches where heavy vehicles will have better access and won't cause gridlocks in the middle of town. We want a village style town centre. I too will boycott this fuel company if this goes ahead.

To the proponents, please use your intelligence and your conscience to come up with a plan that will be community enriching, aesthetically pleasing, ecologically sustainable AND commercially viable for this site. It's very important for so many people that you get it right. Thank you.
