If puma is successful in their bid I will never support this one or any others. Our community is steadfastly against this.

It would be better in the LIA. town is just not the right place for it as is, no more realestate agents. However, bring a Bunbury growers market to town, now that would be amazing

Why are you continuing to focus on financial gain for yourselves. Isn't it time to give back to the community who has funded your surely already considerable wealth, how about building a beautiful meeting space in town with cultural or artistic merit instead of another source of traffic congestion. What is your legacy going to be?

Don't need this in the middle of town! Besides anything else, don't you care or think about the traffic problems this is only going to make so much worse!

The entry onto Dunn Bay Rd is dangerous as there are too many entries within a short distance of each other. During peak periods this is supremely dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians.
This type of use within a short distance of 2 other service stations is incompatible with need or the right type of facility to insert in the centre of a tourist town.
Should be declined without hesitation for use as a service station.

Please reconsider this development it's not something our town needs a 24 hr convenience store and petrol station. There are various reasons such as it's quite unsightly, commercial looking, promotes a city atmosphere here. This petrol
Station will force out existing business in town being the BP not too far away. The location is quite predominant in town and lends itself to something much more environmentally pleasing. A sustainable development in keeping with our country small town atmosphere.

Happy for another fuel station. But please find a more suitable location and leave these beautiful trees alone. This site has amazing potential to make this area more cohensive.

As Chairman of the Naturaliste Renewable Energy Group I represent 700 local people who all want to see our community reduce it's environmental impact. This development flies in the face of everything we stand for. Please reconsider your decision to appeal. The community will judge you on what happens and I hope you are wanting to leave a positive legacy. It would not be nice to go down as the developers who ruined what could be a plus for the town.

Not necessary for dunsborough. Many more uses for the land area that is more aesthetic to the beautiful town.
