A better location for a gas station is the commanage rd lia. It would ruin the charm of the town to have a third gas station within 500m of each other!!

Please!! More petrol in dunsborough! ?????I hope the owners of the land have more insight into why people are here. Don't turn it into something like a local Perth suburb. Please rethink your investment. There will be lots of local support.
