Too much congestion in Central Dunsborough already. I'd support a petrol station on Commonage Rd but not in town.

Putting another servo in the middle of Dunsborough is moving away from the seaside coastal holiday village image, with a unique character. For years we have been trying to improve the aesthetics of the town. We don't want another servo right there on Dunn Bay Rd - please respect the wishes of the community of people who have spent their lives here building this town's ambience.

Not only is it not needed in the center of town it is a Terrible location for it and will have a detrimental effect on traffic flow.

The proposed development is not needed or wanted on Dunn Bay Road. In my opinion, it would have a detrimental effect on both the look of the town and to traffic flow in that area.

I feel that this service station will truly negatively affect the town of Dunsborough and have long term repercussions on its development. I am not against an additional service station for the town but feel that its placement will create further traffic for that corner and hinder pedestrian friendly progress for the towns future.

Placing a petrol station (it's a convenience store in name only) in the centre of our town is completely at odds with overall amenity of the Dunsborough CBD as well as having no community support.
