I never go into town for fuel as its already too congested. No one will use it in this location.

Enough fuel stations already in town. We should be getting rid of a couple not adding more! Put it somewhere else where it's needed!

Not the appropriate place for a service station. Needs to be further out of town to avoid traffic congestion in already busy and congested holiday periods. Service station will pick up just as much, if not more, business if situated just ourtside the town centre on an entry into town.
